For anyone that actually enjoyed the feature last month where I provided all my Facebook status updates, it has been over a month since I began my journey. So here are my status updates from month 2. Enjoy.

January 19-February 18

Gibby Davis got to visit his happy place this morning. He went to Princess Lagoon.

Gibby Davis is currently juggling how to charge his iPod, computer, camera 1, camera 2, camera 3 and run the fan off of 1 plug-in. Should've brought a power bar.

Gibby Davis thinks it's ludicris that you can use wireless internet on your computer while in the washroom, but yet, you still need to manually flush the toilet (pour water down the tubes). Thailand.

Gibby Davis had a wave go over camera 1 (D300) and it was fine, then I take camera 3 (underwater) underwater and it dies. Sweet, sweet, irony. Camera 3 is currently on life support. The next few days will be crucial.

Gibby Davis still has gotten over the fact that when he goes to any website, it comes up in Thai, and he has to try to figure out how to switch the language to English.

Gibby Davis thinks that if you are going to sell things on the street in Phuket, you better be good at dealing with rejection. Especially from me.

Gibby Davis learned a new lesson about driving in Thailand. Drivers should always be on the left side of the street, unless you are driving the wrong way down a one-way street, in which case you should be on the right side of the street.

Gibby Davis has seen a lot of things on Patong that he cannot unsee. The rule should be that if you have several 'natural skin folds' that block the sun then maybe you shouldn't be topless because you're still going to get tan lines.

Gibby Davis forgot how warm it was outside until he went inside and felt his shirt. Then he went and bought a new shirt. Waiting to see if 11 hours outside is enough for heatstroke.

Gibby Davis leaves for Oz in less than a day. I've been through way more than I thought I was capable of or ever expected to go through, but it's finally happening. I'm thrilled to have made it this far and can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring.
